Invetx reserves all intellectual property rights in the content of this Website. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing contained in this Website grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Invetx or any third party. Invetx and our licensors reserve all rights in connection with the Website and its content, including, without limitation, the exclusive right to create derivative works. Unauthorized use of any Invetx trademark, service mark, or logo may be a violation of federal and state trademark laws.

5.2. The Company’s name, Invetx, its logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Invetx or its affiliates or licensors. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.

5.3. We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Website (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and expressly agree that any contribution of Feedback does not and will not give or grant you any right, title, or interest in the Website or in any such Feedback. All Feedback becomes the sole and exclusive property of Invetx, and Invetx may use and disclose Feedback in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever without further notice or compensation to you and without retention by you of any proprietary or other right or claim. 7. General

7.1. This Website is operated by Invetx from its offices in Massachusetts, U.S. The law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall govern these terms and conditions, without reference to its choice of law rules, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

7.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Any provision of these Terms held invalid or unenforceable only in part or degree will remain in full force and effect to the extent not held invalid or unenforceable. The parties further agree to replace such invalid or unenforceable provision of these Terms with a valid and enforceable provision that will achieve, to the extent possible, the economic, business and other purposes of such invalid or unenforceable provision. These Terms and the licenses granted hereunder may be assigned by Invetx but may not be assigned by you without the prior express written consent of Invetx. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for reference only and shall not be read to have any legal effect.

7.3. We may modify these Terms from time to time in which case we will update the “Last Revised” date at the top of these Terms. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to attempt to notify you, such as by e-mail and/or by placing a prominent notice on the first page of the Website. However, it is your sole responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to view any such changes. The updated Terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as may be specified in the updated Terms. 7.4. Termination of License. If you breach any of the provisions of these Terms, all licenses granted by Invetx will terminate automatically. All sections which by their nature should survive the termination of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect subsequent to and notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement by Invetx or you. Termination will not limit any of Invetx’s other rights or remedies at law or in equity.

7.5. Injunctive Relief. You agree that a breach of these Terms will cause irreparable injury to Invetx for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy and Invetx shall be entitled to equitable relief in addition to any remedies it may have hereunder or at law without a bond, other security, or proof of damages.

7.6. California Residents. If you are a California resident, in accordance with Cal. Civ. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose information about you (“Information”) related to your use of and access to any content, applications and features made available by Invetx, Inc. Data Collection:
Invetx respects the privacy of visitors to the Site. You may visit our Site without providing us with any Personal Information about yourself. If you contact us and choose to provide personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) , such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, we will use that information and may share it with other companies and/or individuals (e.g., our partners, consultants, and service providers) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
